Now I cut the tubing a bit more to leave room for the loop but basically when you slide the cap back onto the wire then the place where it clips onto the valve bracket should hold the cap in place. Now in the full cold position and the valve arm pulled away from the firewall I can loop the wire back onto the post and cut off the excess. On top of the 99-00 radio is a pinout diagram. match up the wires indicated here with the wires on the install harness. Then pop in the new climate controlls and hook up the battery. Turn the ignition on and turn the heat controll all the way to the hot position.
