Here all the interior pieces have been put back into place and were finished. If you are going to be using a stock 99-00 civic radio you are going to need to make a conversion harness. This can be done by using a 96 radio harness available at any car audio store, and a 99-00 theft repair harness available through honda. solder the wires together and you can now use the 99-00 radio. Total time spent on project was about 6 hours. I had a friend help me a little bit basically just removing bolts and screws. By yourself it should take no longer than 8 hours if you have everything prepared. - SANY0878.jpg
Now in the full cold position and the valve arm pulled away from the firewall I can loop the wire back onto the post and cut off the excess. Now I cut the tubing a bit more to leave room for the loop but basically when you slide the cap back onto the wire then the place where it clips onto the valve bracket should hold the cap in place. Then pop in the new climate controlls and hook up the battery. Turn the ignition on and turn the heat controll all the way to the hot position.
