The first thing you need to do with used parts is check out the harnesses for damage. Here on the passenger side 2 wires were cut. The picture is kinda blurry here but the green/black, and blue/yellow wires have a gash in them and copper wires are exposed. Now starting in the bottom left of the picture pull the interior panel away from the door. There are several clips holding it in place so just start going arround the edges and it will eventually release. Now its gone. I eventually rip away all of that ugly plastic as it gets in the way of the entire installation. A new one should be made later from plastic. If this is the first time your door panels have been removed several of the clips will remain in the door. Just put a flat head screwdriver as seen here and push/pop it out.
