These are the lower radiator supports for the old radiator. They are spot welded into place.

These are the would be A/C condenser mounts.

Start by cutting off the A/C supports. I used a dremmel and several cut off wheels.

Both of the A/C supports have been removed to make way for the double wide radiator.

Now using a dremmel and cut off wheels I cut arround the spot welds for the radiator supports.

OK Now I put the litle rubber feet on the new radiator and drop it into the position I want. Then I mark on the body where the feet line up.

Now drill holes into the bottom Supports as shown.

Using the lower mounts as a template. Line them up into place and drill the holes.

Now using screws, attach the lower supports to the frame. Itll be a tight fit but that means they wont be moving anytime soon.

Now drop the radiator in and check fitment. I should be perfect.

This Is where Ill mount the drivers side upper support. It has been turned upside down and a section hit with a grinder to fit.

The GSR radiator hoses will need to be cut a little bit to fit correctly. Take a bit off both ends on this tube. On the lower tube take about 3/4 to 1 inch of the end that attaches to the radiator.

Now the radiator fits perfect. I havent put the other upper support in yet. Waiting to get the part on monday.
