Set cams/crank pulley to top dead center (TDC). Break the cam bolts free at this point.

Loosen the tensioner 1/2 turn and slide the timing belt off the cam gears.

Carefully slde off the old cam gears and take care not to drop the keys into the lower timing belt cover or you will have to remove the crank pulley and lower timing belt cover to retrieve them (not pictured... yes i dropped one). Place the new cam gears

After you install the timing belt and check the timing marks, lay out the stock cam gears on a template and draw arround them.

the center of the gear lines right up with the bottom of the valve cover. scratch arround the template to make your mark.

With the dremmel and a few cutoff wheels start to cut your vfalve cover.
