Also, when I have the fan on and try to turn the heat to cold the motor seems like it gets stuck on something and will not stop clicking. This is without the cable attached.

More problems. I seem to be getting a lot of noise out of the main relay on the passenger side. Is this normal when i adjust the fan?

Ya, the frame has got to go! The holes for some of the plastic panels don't line up. What's the deal with that?

Switching the shell will be pretty close. Only right around the steering wheel its not perfectly centered.

I used the dash and frame from a 2000 SI instead of using just the dash and swapping to my frame. Diff part #'s I think thats the prob.

try hooking power and ground directly to the window motor. if it doesnt work then the motor is shot.

i my driver side wouldn't roll up or down.. but passenger side works fine.. i plug everything it place and check all the fuses.. please help

I noticed that the bolt/screw that keep the dash on metal frame on both the driver and passenger side were missing.

you probably just need to loosen all the bolts and reposition the dash. mine fit like a glove.

When I installed the 99-00 dash from a 2000 civic SI the drivers side was not flush with the A-Pillar. Any suggestions or comments?
